Size Exchanges
Size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Bridal gowns, haute couture, custom-sized pieces, hijabs, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary exchanges.
